Marmot Basin Downhill Skiing
Jasper National Park
February 9, 2013
Jenn and Shawn spent the day downhill skiing at Marmot Basin. The base was only 85cm, but the conditions were surprisingly good for that little snow. The weather changed all day - it snowed in the morning, became sunny around noon, and then the skies alternated between overcast and sunny for the rest of the afternoon.
It was a good day skiing. Overall, we made 21 runs and skied about 7500m vertical.
