Hike from Glacier Lake to Trailhead
Banff National Park
May 20, 2013

When we got up on the third day of our trip the lake was calm and there was a spectacular reflection of the mountains. We enjoyed our last breakfast there before packing up.

When the sun came out it warmed up significantly, and we were quickly in shorts and t-shirts. The hike out was about as boring as the hike in, but since we were on our way out it seemed worse. We still had some spectacular views along the Howse River and at the North Saskatchewan River.

Distance: 9km
Cumulative Ascent/Descent: 370m
