There were a few significant areas where avalanches had pushed deadfall across the trail. A few days later we contacted Parks Canada to notify them that the trail could use some work to clear away some debris, but were told that cuts to Parks Canada forced them to abandon trail maintenance past the Glacier Lake Campground.
